Major Producing States Receive 19,500 Bales of Cotton

New Delhi, June 29 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in mandis across the country on Saturday totaled 19,500 bales, the same as the previous trading day.

Of the total arrivals, 400 bales were reported in Punjab, Haryana, and Upper and Lower Rajasthan. Gujarat saw the arrival of 4,500 bales, while Maharashtra received 10,000 bales. In Madhya Pradesh, the arrival was 200 bales, and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana reported 1,800 bales. Tamil Nadu received 1,600 bales, and Karnataka reported 1,000 bales. No arrivals were recorded in Odisha.
